Pricing and Availability

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on mrergo.shop are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

We may update product pricing, promotions and availability from time to time.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received an order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order on reasonable grounds, including where:

A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud or unauthorised payment is reasonably suspected
The delivery address is incomplete or outside our available delivery area
We are unable to lawfully or reasonably supply the product

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product to the original payment method.

We will not increase the price of an accepted order without the customer’s agreement.

Shipping Notice

Some Mr Ergo products or components may be stored or dispatched through third-party warehouses, fulfilment providers or international supply networks.

Estimated delivery periods may be affected by:

Delivery dates are estimates unless Mr Ergo expressly agrees to a guaranteed delivery date or service.

Mr Ergo remains responsible for assisting customers with delayed, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and Refunds

Five-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible Mr Ergo office chairs include a 5-Year Limited Warranty, comprising:

Years 1 and 2: Limited Product Warranty
Years 3 to 5: Limited Structural Frame Warranty

The Years 3 to 5 coverage is limited to eligible manufacturing defects affecting the chair’s primary fixed load-bearing structural frame. It does not provide comprehensive coverage of all chair components for five years.

Warranty eligibility, exclusions, claim procedures, remedies and expense arrangements are explained in the Mr Ergo 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy.

The voluntary warranty is provided in addition to Australian Consumer Law rights and does not replace or limit those rights.

Australian Consumer Law

Mr Ergo products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy where a product:

Is not of acceptable quality
Is not reasonably durable
Does not match its description
Is not fit for a disclosed purpose
Does not meet an express representation
Is unsafe
Has a major or minor failure

Australian Consumer Law rights are separate from, and may continue beyond, any written or voluntary warranty provided by Mr Ergo.

Incorrect assembly contrary to the supplied instructions
Unauthorised modification or repair
Reliance on general website information as a substitute for professional medical or ergonomic advice
A third-party website or service that Mr Ergo does not control

Mr Ergo remains responsible for loss to the extent it was caused or contributed to by our breach, negligence, misleading representation, unlawful conduct or failure to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
